General operating procedures for metal cutting machine tools
I. the operator must pass the examination and hold the equipment operation certificate of the machine tool before operating the machine tool
II. Be careful before work:
1. Carefully read the shift handover records to understand the operation and existing problems of the previous machine tool
2. Check the machine tool, workbench, guide rail and main sliding surfaces. If there are obstacles, tools, iron filings, impurities, etc., they must be cleaned, wiped and oiled
3. Check the workbench, guide rail and main sliding surface for new pulling, grinding and bumping. If there is any displacement control, inform the team leader or equipment. On the other hand, China's rapid industrial development in recent years should be checked together and recorded
4. Check that the safety protection, braking (stop), limit and reversing devices should be complete and intact
5. Check that the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other operating handles, valves, switches, etc. should be in the non working position
6. Check that all tool holders should be in the non working position
7. Check that the electrical distribution box should be closed firmly and the electrical grounding is good
8. Check that the oil volume of the oil storage part of the lubrication system should meet the requirements and be well sealed. The oil pointer, oil window, oil cup, oil nozzle, oil line, felt, oil pipe and oil separator shall be complete and installed correctly. According to the provisions of the lubrication instruction chart, fill the oil manually or with a motor (hand) pump, and check whether there is oil coming from the oil window
9. If the machine tool is stopped for more than one shift, it should be idled for 3-5 minutes in accordance with the start-up procedures and requirements of the instructions and the use regulations of the hydrostatic device (see Appendix I for details). Check:
① whether the joystick, valve, switch, etc. are flexible, accurate and reliable
② whether safety protection, braking (stop), interlocking, clamping mechanism and other devices work
③ check whether the movement of the mechanism has enough stroke, and adjust and fix the limit, fixed distance stop iron and reversing block
④ whether there is oil in the lubricating part of the motor-driven pump or hand-held pump and whether the lubrication is good
⑤ whether the action, working cycle, temperature rise, sound, etc. of mechanical, hydraulic, static pressure, pneumatic, profiling, profiling and other devices are normal. Whether the pressure (hydraulic pressure and air pressure) meets the regulations. Only after confirming that everything is normal can we start working
all equipment for continuous shift handover shall be inspected by the shift handover personnel according to the above (9) regulations, and the shift handover personnel can leave only after the shift handover is clear. If any equipment that takes over from another shift is found to have seriously violated the operating procedures of the previous shift, it must be notified to the team leader or equipment personnel to check together and make records, otherwise it will be treated as the violation of the operating procedures of this shift
after the maintenance or adjustment of the equipment, the equipment must also be checked in detail according to the above (9) regulations, and the work can be started only after everything is considered correct
III. be serious in work:
1. Stick to your post, operate carefully, and don't do anything irrelevant to your work. When leaving the machine tool due to accidents, stop the machine and turn off the power and air supply
2. Process according to the process regulations. It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the feed amount, grinding amount and cutting (grinding) speed. It is not allowed to use the machine tool beyond the specification, overload or weight. Rough use of fine machines and small use of large machines are not allowed
3. Tools and workpieces should be clamped correctly and fastened firmly. The machine tool shall not be damaged during loading and unloading. It is not allowed to strike with a heavy hammer when aligning tools and workpieces. It is not allowed to use the extended handle to increase the torque of the impact tester. Functions and characteristics: the method of manually controlling the oil delivery valve and oil return valve is adopted to fasten the cutting tools and workpieces
4. It is not allowed to install thimbles, cutting tools, tool sleeves, etc. that are inconsistent with their taper or aperture, with nicks on the surface and unclean in the taper holes of machine tool spindles, taper holes of tailstock sleeves and other tool installation holes
5. The mechanical speed change of the transmission and feeding mechanism, the clamping and adjustment of the tool and the workpiece, and the manual measurement between the working procedures of the workpiece should be stopped after the cutting and grinding ends and the tool and abrasive tool retreat from the workpiece
6. Keep the knives and abrasives sharp. If they become blunt or crack, sharpen them or replace them in time
7. During cutting and grinding, the cutting tool and abrasive tool are not allowed to stop until they leave the workpiece
8. It is not allowed to dismantle the safety protection device on the machine tool without authorization, and the machine tool without safety protection device is not allowed to work
9. Except for throttle valve, other hydraulic valves of hydraulic system shall not be adjusted without permission
10. It is not allowed to place tools, workpieces and other sundries directly on the machine tool, especially on the guide rail surface and worktable
11. Regularly remove the iron filings and oil stains on the machine tool, and keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface, positioning reference surface and worktable clean
12. Pay close attention to the operation and lubrication of the machine tool. In case of abnormal phenomena such as action failure, vibration, heating, crawling, noise, peculiar smell, bruise, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting
13. When an accident occurs to the machine tool, press the general stop button immediately, keep the scene of the accident, and report to the relevant departments for analysis and treatment
14. It is not allowed to weld and repair the workpiece on the machine tool
IV. do it carefully after work:
1. Move the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other operating handles, valves, switches and other boards to the non working position
2. Stop the machine tool and cut off the power and air supply
3. Remove iron filings, clean the work site, and recognize that we must pay attention to the need to really clean the machine tool. Refuel and maintain the guide rail surface, rotating and sliding surface, positioning reference surface, worktable, etc. [page]
4. Carefully fill the machine tool problems found in the shift into the shift handover record book and do a good job in the shift handover
Appendix I: Regulations on the use of hydrostatic devices
(such as hydrostatic bearings and guide rails)
1. Start the oil pump of the hydrostatic device oil supply system first, and the pressure reaches the specified value in the design after one minute. The pressure oil makes the spindle
or workbench float, and then the machine tool can be started
2. Do not stop the oil supply when the static pressure device is in operation. The oil supply can be stopped only when the spindle or workbench stops completely
3. When the oil supply is suddenly interrupted due to the failure of the hydrostatic oil supply system, the operation of the hydrostatic device must be stopped immediately
4. Regularly observe the oil pressure gauge on the hydrostatic oil tank and hydrostatic bearing or hydrostatic guide rail to maintain the stability of oil pressure. If the oil pressure is not
stable or makes abnormal noise and other abnormal phenomena, you must stop immediately for inspection and continue to work after troubleshooting
5. Pay attention to the drop of oil level in the static pressure oil tank, and the oil level height is lower than three parts of the oil tank height
